Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

During new launches, festive sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package ships, you’ll receive:

1. A tracking number

2. A tracking link via email or SMS

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

House of Jelluna offers Cash on Delivery across most serviceable pin codes in India.

Please note:

COD availability depends on your delivery location.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for future purchases.

Kindly keep the exact amount ready whenever possible.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Extreme weather conditions, Natural disasters, Government restrictions, Courier operational issues, High-volume sale periods

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video of the package.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We can modify the address only before the order is dispatched.

House of Jelluna is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
